Contour Cut Leather Patches

Custom Cut Leather Patches are made with Genuine Leather and can be made with either a heat applied backing or a pressure sensitive backing.

Any patch with a heat seal backing is made for use with a heat press or heated hat press, and will attach to any cotton, polyester, or cotton-poly blend materials. Hats, shirts, jackets, pants, as long as they’re Cotton/Poly/Both the patches will stick when heat pressed. See Heat Instructions below.

Any patch with a Pressure Sensitive backing is made for use on smooth surfaces or hard goods, such as wood, glass, or plastic.

As with our other Custom Cut products, we can make these patches any shape, including outlining your business name or logo.
Our standard Custom Leather Patch printing size is 2″x3″ or 3″x2″. If you would like a larger sized patch or a quantity that is not listed, please email us for a free estimate. We cannot print any patch smaller than 2″x3″ or 3″x2″.

Washing Instructions: Genuine Leather Patches are not intended to be used on goods that require washing or dry cleaning.

Heat Instructions: We recommend using a heat press or hat press with a heated lower platen. For best results use a 1/8″ foam cover pad as your cover sheet. Please make sure all of your materials are designed for use with a heat press.
